    I have suffered from digestive problems my whole life, but since I started following the Eat Right for Your Type I am amazed at how different I feel. The recipes are delicious and I am even loosing weight. After reading the book from cover to cover it explains in simple terms what foods have been causing my issues.

    Easy and delicious recipes. I have tried several in the 3 weeks that I have been following this diet. even my hubby enjoys what I fix….he’s Italian and loves his pasta!

    When I received my cookbook I became even more excited at all the possibilities for my palate. These options make adherence to my new resolve more likely to succeed. I hope there is a followup cookbook to come.
